Cozy Place was funded to help students and travellers to find an affordable and comfortable accommodation during their stay in Brisbane. We manage properties in the inner city of Brisbane, including the suburbs such as, Brisbane City, Kangaroo Point, Fortitude Valley, Spring Hill and South Brisbane. All our properties are in a short walking distance to the City. We furnish and decorate the units to make you feel home and comfortable. We offer peace of mind, as all utilities bills and internet are already included in the rent. As we understand all uncertainties of live, we offer flexible leaving date and no minimum stay.
MEET OUR TEAM
Dr. Renan Santana migrated to Australia to study English in 2012. Whilst pursuing his career, Dr. Santana volunteered at the Queensland Museum as an assistant researcher. In 2015, he began his PhD at the university of Queensland, completing his doctorate in 2018.
During his journey, Dr. Renan found a gap in the real estate market and decided to start a company. The company remained small, on purpose, during the course of his studies. However, now that Dr. Santana has completed his degree, he is dedicated fulltime to the expansion of the company, gathering more partners and helping more students and travellers.

Great location in kangaroo point. Apartment is the cleanest share house I’ve ever been in.
All the appliances needed are supplied and good working order, plenty of cutlery and dishes.
Furniture for lounge all comfy and clean.
Bedroom is furnished great with built in robes and extra storage supplied good bed and comfy clean mattress supplied.
Manager is very welcoming and helpful, goes above and beyond to help, any issues are quickly sorted.Would highly recommend cozy place as you will struggle to beat the value and cleanliness of the properties.
