I highly recommend staying at Cozy Place. I have been staying with Cozy for almost 2 years because Renan and Katy are good organizers and everything is solved quickly and effectively. All the rooms are located in a convenient area with reasonable prices. If you need to relocate to another room, it is also easy to do that.

Cozy Place have a great philosophy of creating affordable and comfortable spaces. They are ways fast to respond to enquiries and professional! We are lucky to have found a great spot under their management and would recommend them to everyone interested in renting.

Beautiful people to deal with

We lived for 1 year at unit 224/85 Deakin Street, Kangaroo Point - Brisbane. The room was wonderful, spacious, bright, cozy and there was a spacious balcony. The building is silent and has a parking space. We love living there. Cozy Place's service has always been excellent, helping with what was necessary for the maintenance of the apartment. We recommend the place and we also recommend Cozy Place real estate.

Really good and quick in responding to the maintenance issues. Cozy place is really good with providing a convenient stay and it justifies the name very well. You would really feel "cozy" staying there. Reasonable with price and services.

The best parts of living at a Cozy Place is the monthly inspection, excellent service with highly responsive Cozy Staff for whatever reasons. Immediate action to your needs be it fitting a screw or replacing an entire shower. The team is really serious to make us feel "Cozy" at the place. Renan himself helps you out sorting and getting settled. If you are a student and looking for a place why not go for a Cozy Place. P.S. - Living at a Cozy Place since past 6 months.

I had a great experience with Cozy Place. When I moved to Brisbane, I had rented the apartment in Brazil, just looking the pictures and when I arrived, the apartment was the same, without surprises. When I needed something, Renan and Jorge always are available to solve my request. I am so happy to had choosen Cozy place.
